Job description
Member of the Service Desk technical team supporting our corporates services. Involved in providing first level support to systems
Must have:
- Admin level ar Microsoft windows
- Technical experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
- Good English communication skills ( oral and written).
- Experience on customer support and customer's skills.
Ideal have:
- ITIL knowledge
